Report: 5
Since February 2012 to date hereof we report as follows:
1. Fees:
We have heard nothing further from the Rules Board and have now addressed a plea for the increase.
2. Appointments of new sheriffs:
No news as yet and we will inform members as soon as any information is available.
3. Unification:
All provinces have now mandated us to proceed with unification talks in terms of the Eastern Cape resolution. However, we will not be able to deal with this immediately because of the UIHJ Congress. Unification will be dealt with immediately after the Congress.
4. SASSETA and Computers:
We are as yet awaiting payment from SASSETA which will go a long way in filling our coffers. The computers will be purchased immediately on receipt of payment.
5. UIHJ Congress in Cape Town from 1- 4 May 2012:
Members are once more reminded of the Congress and are encouraged to attend. Invitations have already been forwarded. If you have not received yours please notify us.
